pk333 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used, net of any withdrawals already made.

Accounts are suspended during verification review and may be permanently closed if satisfactory proof of age is not provided within the requested timeframe.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at pk333. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. pk333 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk333 will close all but one account, void any bonuses received across the duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the player from the platform.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering at pk333. Your registered name must match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or registering with fictitious details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk333 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pk333 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain proper security over your credentials. pk333 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any time — typically before processing your first withdrawal or when a withdrawal exceeds a certain threshold. KYC documents typically include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the same name as your pk333 account. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will be refunded. pk333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All transactions at pk333 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion fees and no foreign exchange exposure for players. The balance displayed in your pk333 wallet is always your actual PKR balance with no hidden conversion applied.
pk333 processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for standard amounts via Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals flagged for manual review may take longer; pk333 will notify affected players by email or in-app message.
The minimum withdrawal amount at pk333 is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 5,00,000 per day. VIP Platinum and above members have higher daily withdrawal limits as detailed in the pk333 VIP Club terms.

New players at pk333 are eligible for a Welcome Bonus of 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum bonus value of Rs 30,000. To claim the Welcome Bonus, players must opt in at the time of their first deposit. The bonus is credited to the bonus wallet and becomes available for betting immediately. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method.
All bonuses at pk333 are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, if you deposit Rs 1,000 and receive a Rs 1,500 bonus (150%), the total wagering requirement is Rs 1,000 + Rs 1,500 = Rs 2,500 × 20 = Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets.

All bonuses at pk333 have a validity period of 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirements and unused bonus funds remaining after the validity period expires will be forfeited automatically. Reload bonuses and seasonal promotions may have shorter validity periods as stated in their individual offer terms.
Bets placed at pk333 are accepted subject to available funds in your wallet at the time of placement. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. pk333 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, irregular betting patterns, or incorrect odds arising from technical errors.
In cases where pk333 inadvertently publishes obviously incorrect odds — including but not limited to situations where odds have been set in error due to a technical fault or human error — pk333 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect price, even after the event has concluded. Players will be notified and stakes will be refunded in such cases.
If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before the market's designated void point, all bets on that event at pk333 will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets. For in-play markets, the void point is determined by how much of the event was completed at the time of abandonment, as specified in the sport-specific rules published in the pk333 betting lobby.
pk333 applies maximum winnings limits on a per-event and per-day basis. Standard maximum single-event winnings are Rs 50,00,000. Accumulator maximum payouts are Rs 1,00,00,000 per day across all tickets. VIP members may have higher maximum payout limits as specified in their VIP tier agreements.
All digital card games at pk333 — including but not limited to Teen Patti, Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar in their RNG formats — use independently audited and certified Random Number Generation systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, player stake amounts, account history, or any other external factor. Certificate details are available on request from pk333 support.
Live dealer card games at pk333 are streamed from professional studio environments using physical cards and professional dealers. All live dealer games are recorded and logs are retained. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand, the following applies: if the hand result has been determined before the disconnection, the result stands. If the disconnection occurs before the result is determined, the hand is voided and the player's stake is returned.
Collusion between players in multiplayer card games — including but not limited to signalling, sharing hand information, or cooperating to extract value from other players at the table — is strictly prohibited. pk333 monitors multiplayer games for patterns consistent with collusion and will permanently ban all accounts found to be engaged in collusion, with all associated funds forfeited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk333 platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
pk333 operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and money laundering. Any account found to be engaged in these activities will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter reported to financial crime authorities where required. Winnings accrued through fraudulent activity will not be paid under any circumstances.
pk333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account wallet will be frozen until the investigation is complete. If the investigation determines that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds will be accessible. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and extent of the breach.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account at pk333 may do so by contacting support at support@pk333.info. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (above the minimum withdrawal threshold and with no active bonus wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to the player's nominated payment method within 5 business days.

pk333 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk333 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the pk333 platform is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits pk333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
pk333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pk333 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required by regulatory or legal obligations — may take effect immediately upon publication.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions, along with the date of last amendment, is always available at pk333.info/terms-conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the pk333 platform and may request account closure. Continued use of pk333 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
